Hotel Lothus - Wroclaw

A great central location made it easy to explore the city. The room was decent-sized and kept warm during the chilly nights, ideal for winter stays. The breakfast offered a nice variety, though it was occasionally crowded, leading to a longer than desired wait. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout, but the pillows were on the thin side, affecting comfort a bit.

The staff were friendly.

Shower water pressure was low.

everything was really good, including superbly friendly staff at the reception desk. the room itself was brand-new with fans and tea and 1 double bed and the breakfast was above average and hearty. the food was good, i tried coffee and sausages.

Great location, Nice breakfast, excelent massage service (cheap-one hour of great massage costs around 25e), girls at. The front desk were extremely helpfull giving us really nice tips

We booked an extremely spacious room with a single bed and air con, for example. The staff, everyone, was pleasant and always polite.

Hotel in excellent location about 500 yards from main square . Room was ok with modern bathroom . Breakfast more than adequate . No problems at all with this hotel . Would recommend Wroclaw for a city break .

Excellent location, very good breakfast, silent rooms, free wi-fi (but a bit slow).

Furniture in rooms is very simple, lighting in rooms is too weak (as in most of budget hotels), bathroom is very basic but really clean. However, for this price it is the best choice in the centre of the Old Town.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful with room arrangements, making my stay much more enjoyable.

The shower cabin was quite small, with no shelves for toiletries, making it inconvenient during use.

I made several mistakes in my booking, and they were all cleared up with good humour and kindness by the reception staff. The staff all knew about the layout of the city of Wroclaw and gave clear directions to the various attractions.

Breakfast was very good and satisfying, but I would have liked one or two non-Vietnamese dishes in the restaurant.

I have stayed in the hotel for the second time this year as the location is just perfect. It's close to shopping & the city centre. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.The room was very clean and warm (it was -20 outside!). Very comfortable stay.

For the second time the shower hold was broken although I stayed in a different room. That's not very good. The hair dryer plug fell out of the wall in the bathroom - that's quite dangerous & should be fixed asap. Breakfast could be better, but for the price you shouldn't expect anything more. However if you are staying in the hotel so close to the centre it's just pure laziness to eat in and not go to one of many coffee/breakfast shops to try something traditional.

Strongly recommend for short visits

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the large choice of food for breakfast made for an enjoyable stay, and the convenient location allows for easy exploration of the city, with many attractions just a short walk away.
